No.1
- My tutor at college introduced us to a method of using burning glue and white spirit on photographs. The results were amazing. I later tried the same method on Tin and Aluminium. I find using foil and tin as a base brings a luminosity to the piece. You can see where the burn marks of the glue have reacted with inks to produce a rich rustic colour. It's important to stop the image burning before it incinerates. This is best done outdoors. Don't try this at home!
